in arranging for a functions and events, the final attendance must be definitely specified and communicated to the Hotel by 12pm a minimum of 14 working days prior to the event. This number will be considered a guarantee not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. If a guarantee is not given to the hotel by 12 pm on the date it is due, the expected numbers indicated on the event planner will become the guarantee. The Hotel will not be responsible for idedntical sevice to more than 3% over the guarantee.
