Introducing: Mount Nevis Estates

We are pleased to announce the next addition to Mount Nevis: The Mount Nevis Estates. The resort is expanding beyond our original five villas and fourteen apartment units by adding brand new duplex-style luxury villas to our gorgeous 15 acres. The original phase of five one-story buildings (ten villas), all facing the sea, will form its own neighborhood with a private swimming pool at the center. Four villas are currently available for sale; construction on the additional six villas will begin in January 2008. Reflecting the tropical ambience of the carribean, the architecture and high standards of construction will be a gorgeous addition to the beautiful island of Nevis, while maintaining the peaceful, intimate atmosphere Mount Nevis Hotel has always treasured.

Each villa features a studio living space, plus two bedrooms, and a veranda - all with magnificent views of the Carribean Sea and our sister island of St. Kitts. The tropical atmosphere of the villas is enhanced by tile floors and high wood cathedral-style ceilings in all spaces.

The design includes beautiful granite countertops and furniture by Lexington & Lloyd Flanders, and a 32-inch LCD television in each of the three bedrooms. For your safety and comfort, each villa has its own security system, plus air conditioning and an automatic generator for uninterrupted power. Outside, beautiful indigenous Hibiscus and Bougainvillea flowers and palm trees provide shade and privacy.

Other facilities at Mount Nevis include a conference center, a sixty-foot lap pool outside a fine-dining restaurant, a fitness center, and concierge and housekeeping services. Our wonderful beach restaurant is nearby, along with a grocery store, restaurants and bars, and a Par-3 12 hole golf course. Just a few miles away is the Four Seasons Resort, which features a dramatic 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones III.
