The Mount Nevis Hotel opened in January of 1989 and is a well-established, full-service hotel with 14 beautiful condominiums, some of which are currently available for sale. The condominiums command the most dramatic and magnificent view of St. Kitts and the Atlantic Ocean. The condominiums are all two-bedroom, two-bathroom units with a full kitchen.

The bedrooms may be rented together or as separate one-bedroom units. In each condominium, one of the bedrooms is a superior suite and includes a living room area, a separate kitchen, and a large outdoor veranda with a stunning ocean view. The smaller room has a sitting area as well as a spacious outdoor patio (for lower level apartments) or balcony (for upper level apartments).

Our apartments have recently been upgraded to 4-star level. With the help of our interior decorator, they have been tastefully reappointed with new furniture, bright fabrics and wonderful island prints. All condominiums are completely furnished with beautiful Lexington and Lloyd Flanders furniture of the highest caliber, as well as pristine G.E. appliances, including a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric stove, and coffee/tea maker.

As a condominium owner, you'll have the opportunity to generate revenue by including your condo in the hotel condo rental pool. Your investment will include lawyers' fees, the title transfer, and key delivery, as well as all furniture and appliances. Our low monthly hotel condominium fee will include groundskeeping, disaster insurance (to protect your investment from fire, earthquakes, and hurricanes), and the extremely low property tax, in addition to water, walkway lighting, maintenance/fuel, and cable television with 65 channels. Mount Nevis Condominium owners are eligible for nationality by investment and exempt from paying the usual Nevis 10% alien land holding license fee.
